Cancellation Policy

At times, you may need to modify or cancel your reservation with us to unforeseen circumstances. We aim to be flexible and understanding in such situations. If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, kindly inform us at least 120 days before your scheduled kite safari date, and we will make the change free of charge (subject to availability). However, cancellation or change requests made within 120 days of the kite date will incur a 50% fee (per person). Similarly, cancellation or change requests made 60 to 30 days of the kite safari date will incur an 80% fee (per person), and those made less than 30 days of the kite safari date will incur a 100% fee (per person).
